The policy of the integrated management system at SLOVCLEAN a.s.

Our company was established in 2005 and over time we have expanded our portfolio of services as well as our operations. We are represented in almost all market segments, in small, medium and large multinational companies. At present, we have around 2,000 employees working for us and we have regional representation throughout Slovakia. The company’s management decided to transform the company into a joint-stock company at the beginning of 2015 also as a result of these changes.

The main subject of the company is services in the field of facility management, but especially cleaning and tidying work. Our basic philosophy is perfect cleanliness at the best possible price. Our potential is human resources, flexible management and the quality of our employees, who undergo careful selection and training. We have built a good name for our company with quality work, as evidenced by the number of completed orders and satisfied customers, whose trust we value.

The company’s management is constantly advancing and adapting to new trends in our business, e.g. using environmentally friendly cleaning products. Our main goal is a positive approach, flexibility and the speed of our employees, to increase the quality of services provided, while complying with the requirements for environmental protection, OSH and information security.

In order to meet the requirements of the integrated management system (IMS), we are committed to the following:

• To continuously adhere to and improve in meeting the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO / IEC 27001: 2013.
• To increase the quality of provided services, protect the environment, ensure information security, comply with health and safety implemented by IMS according to ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 standards.
• By selecting the right criteria, to ensure the monitoring of the performance of suppliers in order to increase the lasting quality of our services.
• To continuously increase the professional qualification of our employees in the professional field and in the field of quality, environment, occupational safety and health and information security.
• Expand the infrastructure in order to achieve the required quality of customers in the shortest possible time.
• Actively communicate opinions with other employees and communicate with customers and stakeholders in order to achieve the above goals, increase customer and other stakeholder satisfaction, and increase employee awareness of quality, environmental protection, and occupational health.
• By providing the high quality of our services, to gain the trust of our customers and those who order from us.
• To develop, regularly review and fulfil the goals and programs of the integrated management system.
• To apply pollution prevention and preventive measures that eliminate environmental pollution, customer dissatisfaction, loss and damage to information, or the occurrence of accidents, incidents and emergencies and eliminate risks in relation to the company’s main activities.
• To comply with regulations in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health and information security, which relate to the activities performed by the company and the requirements of stakeholders in the above areas, which the company has undertaken to comply with.
• Prevent any accidents and damage to health due to work and achieve our vision: zero accidents at work. We want to achieve this vision by promoting and providing a safe working environment.

PThe IMS policy is issued in the company as a separate document and is binding for all employees of SLOVCLEAN a.s., and all employees as well as interested parties are acquainted with it.
