Integrated Management System Policy at SLOVCLEAN a.s.

Our company was founded in 2005 and over time we have expanded both our service portfolio and our operations. We are represented in almost all market segments, in small, medium-sized, and large multinational companies. Currently, around 2,000 employees work for us and we have regional representation throughout Slovakia. As a result of these changes, at the beginning of 2015 the company’s management decided to transform the company into a joint-stock company.

The company’s main scope of activity is facility management services, especially cleaning and related work. Our core philosophy is perfect cleanliness at the best possible price. Our potential lies in human resources, flexible management, and the quality of our employees, who go through careful selection and training. We have built our good reputation through high-quality work, as evidenced by many completed contracts and satisfied customers whose trust we value.

The company’s management is continuously moving forward and adapting to new trends in our business, for example by using environmentally friendly cleaning agents. Our main goal is to increase the quality of provided services through a positive approach, flexibility, and the speed of our employees, while meeting requirements for environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and information security.

• Continuously comply with and improve in fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
• Increase the quality of provided services, protect the environment, ensure information security, and comply with occupational health and safety through an implemented IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
• By selecting appropriate criteria, ensure monitoring of supplier performance in order to increase the lasting quality of our services.
• Continuously improve the professional qualifications of our employees in the professional field and in the areas of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and information security.
• Expand infrastructure with the aim of achieving the quality required by customers in the shortest possible time.
• Actively communicate opinions with other employees and communicate with customers and interested parties so that the above intentions are achieved, customer and other stakeholder satisfaction is increased, and employee awareness in the areas of quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety is raised.
• Gain the trust of our customers and clients by providing high-quality services.
• Prepare, regularly review, and fulfill the objectives and programs of the Integrated Management System.
• Apply pollution prevention and preventive measures to eliminate environmental pollution, customer dissatisfaction, loss and damage of information, or the occurrence of injuries, accidents, and incidents, and eliminate risks in relation to the company’s core activities.
• Comply with regulations in the areas of quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and information security that relate to the activities carried out by the company, and with the requirements of interested parties in these areas that the company has committed to meet.
• Prevent any accidents and health damage due to work performance and achieve our vision: zero workplace injuries. We want to achieve this vision by promoting and providing a safe working environment.

The IMS Policy is issued in the company as a separate document and is binding for all employees of SLOVCLEAN a.s., and all employees as well as interested parties are familiarized with it.
